This is a 36 page handbook just for you. I wrote this handbook for you because I know grief, I know it deeply, I know the heartache and the deep pain of the death of a loved one/loved ones. I’ve lost beloved pets, grandparents, aunts, uncles, parents, siblings, children and friends. I know how I felt and how different it was for others around me.
I felt lonely, crazy and lost. I didn’t know what I should be doing, the only thing I really knew was that everyone wanted me to get on with my life. This is true of my clients and I know it is for you too.
You need space and time to grieve.
